Trainer: Venesa Musovic

Venesa Musovic is the Organizational Anthropologist and Co-founder of Beyond Empowering. She is trained as a design thinking facilitator and holds a MA in Cultural Anthropology. Venesa is on her mission of bringing an anthropology lens to every organization.

Beyond Empowering is providing organizational culture and team development expertise to support startups, small-to-medium sized businesses, and non-profit organizations to build a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.

The books that had a great impact on her are “”Dare to Lead”” by Brene Brown and “”The Fearless Organizations”” by Amy Edmondson. The learnings of these two researchers influenced the way she observes, listens, and creates relationships with her teammates, clients, her partner, and family.

Once someone described Venesa as a social alchemist, someone who asks questions in order to evoke transformation in people.
