I work as an instructor and program designer at Outward Bound Romania, I am active in the frame of the organization for the last 5 years. I am active in the field of experience-based non-formal education for the last 10 years, I work in an outdoor format, preferably in an international context. I am the founder of Connect 2 Change, the company that promotes sustainable communication in groups.

Trainer: Ádám Horváth-Kovács

Ádám is the founder of Outward Bound Romania and he is the executive director of the organization. He has more than 25 years in the field of experience-based outdoor education and he is committed to delivering flexible and safe programs using the Outward Bound method. The structure and the spirit of OBR has in its focus the commitment towards professionally crafted, quality-oriented and safe programs for youth and adults since 1993.
