I lead people in the high mountains and support them in exploring their deeper self. It is a learning journey towards the nature and yourself. Join me in this session to share my experience and some stories of what is possible to achieve regarding your personal development while hiking in nature.

Trainer: Atanas Genkov

Atanas Genkov is a professional trainer and a mountain guide devoted to enhancing well-being and participatory leadership both in urban environments and by taking people out in the wild nature. He organises mountain learning journeys where he brings people closer to nature and supports them to explore their deeper selves. He has more than 10 years of international experience in designing and delivering learning experiences in the areas of Sustainability, Leadership, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and many more. His approach involves working with the bigger system, interacting with the environment (organization, society, nature) and he is pursuing meaningful change and transformation at both personal and professional levels. Atanas deeply cares about people and their learning, thus he devotes a lot of passion and attention to his learning experiences. Atanas is an Art of Hosting practitioner since 2014 and holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability (Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden).
