Online Team Building Challenge is a 2,5h workshop in which participants will collaborate in small groups to complete some tasks developing, exchanging and supporting each other’s competencies, such as ICT competencies, graphic facilitation and intercultural competencies. The challenges is created to develop intercultural competencies, develop our language skills, get to know the elements of the group, creative skills and learning to learn skills. These can be learned or developed to the extent of the interest of each team’s elements.

Description
By the end of the session, the participants are expected to:
- get to know each other better;
- feel safe to share experiences among the group;
- develop ICT skills, develop cooperation.
Trainer: Mara Rodrigues
Mara Rodrigues – living in Poland, with huge passion about traveling and exploring the different perspectives and views of the world. Trainer in the youth field, youth worker and youth leader at local level, in Leszno and at regional level in Wielkopolska region.
Author of educational programme contents designed with and for young people willing to, promote Erasmus+ Programme at local, regional and European level and active citizenship. Passionate about education, especially, Non-formal Education and learning-centred approach for personal and professional development and lifelong learning. I’m a person who has been developing knowledge
on European reality in matter of Youth Work, creativity and european programmes and strategies.
Studied Social Communication, with a big emphasis on international communication and communication across cultures (in Coimbra, first and in the Netherlands, Groeningen, later); and finished my MA degree in International Relations, in UAM University in Poznan. I love sharing learning experiences and knowledge with people and develop ideas together. I am also a beginner on online learning… A journey I have been pushed to take due COVID19 crisis and its impact on European mobility. It has been a whole island of learning 😀
