Training as a project: techniques for successful planning (24.01 10:00)
In this training we will go through all life cycles every project have. From initiation to the evaluation and closure, every project although unique, passes through the same phases.
We will focus on a planning as a key phase for having a successful project. Organizing a training or educational program, is the project itself. To have it all covered it should be considered as a project or part of a bigger portfolio of projects. By breaking it in parts, we can plan it more precisely and organize our and external resources, to make a perfect fit.
We will learn about tools and techniques which will help us have all aspects of our project covered and organized on time, in the budget and the planned scope of work. These techniques should be helpful whatever you afterwards decide to organize.

Trainer: Nenad Lukić
I was born 1988 in Zagreb and moved to Serbia where I live now. While studying landscape architecture at the University I fell in love with project management when I realized that its principles can be implemented in most of what we do in life and especially in business. My experience is a mixture of socially responsible and pure business projects. From tree planting campaigns to implementation of digital services and products. In between, I enjoyed working with young adults through mentorship and facilitation methods in order to empower and enable growth of the fellows. Currently I work in the Serbian IT company where I am implementing projects at the biggest job board in Serbia, while part-time facilitating sessions in the Balkans let’s get up! Organization. Privately love to think about social and ecological sustainability, ride a bike and read history and business literature
