Value mapping for remote teams (18.01 18:00)

Everything starts with values. Values help us to make difficult decisions. Values are part of our personal and professional identity development. So, how can we map them?

This workshop will demonstrate how to identify the true values within your team and how to align them with desired behaviors. In this session, you will learn different types of values and identify the two major categories: core values and aspirational team values. This session will bring your team one step closer to where you want to be.
